This petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.1 of 2014 on the file of the C.B.C.I.D. Erode.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in FIR No.1 of 2014 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No. 136 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Erode.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheet has been filed, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
