ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking issuance of the community certificate to the effect that the petitioner's children belong to Kattunayakan (ST) Community, which is a Scheduled Tribe community, an application was made by the petitioner on 28.11.2018. As the same has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 28.11.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
