ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking issuance of the community certificate to the effect that the petitioner belongs to Kurichchan (ST) Community, which is a Scheduled Tribe community, she made an application on 04.06.2018. She further sent a reminder dated 21.08.2018. Since no orders are forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.06.2018 followed by a reminder dated 21.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
