This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Despite service of notice to the respondents and their names being printed in the cause list, none appears for them. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the appeal giving up the respondents 3, 4 and 20 and the respondents 7 and 15 are set exparte in the suit. In view of the same, the respondents 3, 4 and 20 are given up. It is seen that 7th and 15th respondents remained exparte before the trial Court.
