ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2017 with regard to the payment of subsistence allowance for the period from October 2016 to February 2017.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his grievance regarding the payment of subsistence allowance had been redressed and the payment has already been made to the writ petitioner. The learned counsel urged this Court that the documents relied on by the department has not been furnished to the writ petitioner.
3. Heard both sides.
4. This Court cannot go into that aspect at this point of time, because this Court is not hearing upon, what all are the documents which are related and what are not related in respect of the disciplinary proceedings. Further, what all are the documents that can be furnished to the writ petitioner has to be decided by the Disciplinary Authority at the time of conducting enquiry. This Court is not inclined to consider this at this stage. Hence, no further adjudication in this regard is required since the subsistence allowance had already been paid to the writ petitioner. In view of this, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
