ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2015 in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 16.03.2015 and the counter complaint dated 01.04.2015 have been enquired into by the respondent police. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The 2nd respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
