(CRIME NO.278/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.23169/2021 dated 03.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHILVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23169 of 2021 dated 03.12.2021.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition from 04.01.2022 onwards.

5. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
