JUDGMENT

2. On March 2, 2026, this Court has passed the following order: " Mr.P.Sreenivasulu, learned Counsel for the appellant and Mr.R.Subramanian, learned Standing Counsel (ACGSC) for the Respondents are before this Court.

2. Mr.P.Sreenivasulu, learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he has handed over the bundle and Change of Vakalat to the appellant. To that effect, the learned Counsel has filed a Memo dated 02.03.2026 before this Court and the Memo is recorded.
