ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the change of investigate to CB CID or any other investigating agency.

2.Heard, Mr.L.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is conducting investigation and the same is yet to be disposed of.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2015, pending on his file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
