When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there was no representation for the appellant even on earlier occasions on 18.11.2024, 10.12.2024, 08.01.2025, 10.01.2025 none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Hence, it is clear that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. consequently, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the second appeal for nonprosecution.
