JUDGMENT

S.A.No.176 of 2009 has been filed by the defendants in O.S.No.658 of 2001 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pallipattu. S.A.No.563 of 2009 has been filed by the defendant in O.S.No.125 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pallipattu. S.A.No.822 of 2009 has been filed by the defendants in O.S.No.130 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pallipattu.

2.The appellants in S.A.No.176 of 2009 and in S.A.No.822 of 2009 are the same. The 2nd appellant in the said two Second Appeals is the appellant in S.A.No.563 of 2009. The appellants had suffered an adversarial order before the trial Court and also before the first Appellate Court. The Appeals have not yet been admitted. There was no representation on 06.06.2025 and again on 20.06.2025 and again on 10.07.2025 and again today. It is clear that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the Appeals further. All the three Second Appeals are dismissed. No costs.
