O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to direct the learned I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai to dispose F.C.O.P. No.785 of 2017 within the time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the available records.

3. Since, the F.C.O.P. No.785 of 2017 has been kept pending from the year 2017 without much progress, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai, to dispose of F.C.O.P. No.785 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
