J U D G E M E N T This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the appellant Transport Corporation against the judgment and decree dated 19.01.2018 passed in M.C.O.P.No.127 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ariyalur.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the matter had been settled between the parties and prayed for the dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
