2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner surrendered before the trial Court on 08.03.2021 and was taken into custody and lodged in Central Prison, Vellore.

3.In view of the above, no further orders need to be passed in this petition.
