Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the second respondent herein in Public Notice No.36 (RE-2010)/2009-2014 dated 01.03.2011 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the restriction with regard to the port of export contained in Column No.4 of Paragraph 2 of the said proceedings and direct

the second respondent herein to permit the exporter to export of Non-Basmati Rice such as Sona Masuri, Pooni Samba and Matta Rice from any Sea Port subject to the other terms and conditions contained in the said proceedings.
