ORDER

This Court, by an interim order dated 03.10.2016 in W.M.P.No.30056 of 2016 in W.P.No.34913 of 2016, directed the 1st respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant in English temporarily and release the salary to the petitioner from the date of appointment pending disposal of the writ petition.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 03.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated dated 14.09.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
