CRIME NO.258 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para no 4 "considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.No.11020 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first of every month, until further orders"of the order passed in Crl.MP.No.8074 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.11020 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020 in Crime no 258 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.GOPI KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.

KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8074 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.11020 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.8074 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.11020 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
