Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the Hon'ble High Court in Crl.OP.No.23693/2021 order dated 08/12/2021 para 6(b), the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and until further orders and thereby render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.G.SANTHOSH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23693 of 2021, dated 08.12.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation for the past two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that vide order dated 08.12.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.23693 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
