This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order dated Page No. 1/3

15.04.2019 passed in W.P.No.11181 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 15.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11181 of 2019 has been complied with by passing an order dated 27.02.2020 by the Revenue Thasildar, Veppanthattai. He has also produced a copy of the said order. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in a separate proceedings.

3. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances and by granting such liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed.
