This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.21 of 1995 dated 24.02.2005 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Chengalpattu confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.149 of 1984 dated 28.01.1994 on the file of the District Munsif, Chengalpattu.

purpose of military and as such nothing survives in this appeal.
