This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents here in to give police protection based on his representation dated 10.08.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that his father was assigned land in survey No.890 in 142, Mettuperanthur Village, Kanchipuram Taluk, vide G.O.Ms.No.1270 dated 12.06.1979.
Whileso, his father died on 10.11.1994, leaving behind the petitioner and others as his legal heirs. It is the contention of the petitioner that when he went to put up a shed in the said property, some anti-social elements prevented him. Therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner has given a representation dated 10.08.2018 and has immediately filed the present petition for police protection on 13.08.2018.
4.In the opinion of this Court, no blanket order of Police protection can be granted, in a case of this nature. It is not known whether the land has been purchased by someone else. Under such circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to go in person and lodge a complaint to the second respondent, who shall enquire into the same and take necessary action, if the petitioner has real title to the property and the allegations are genuine.
