This matter is listed today under the caption "being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent that in paragraph 12, inadvertently, it has been typed as Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to deposit the enhanced compensation, but R2 is the insurance company and the liability is only on R2.

3. This court perused the order copy and found that there is an error crept in inadvertently. Taking note of the same, now the order stands corrected and the corrected order reads as follows:- " 12. In the result, the appeal is partly allowed. The amount of compensation is enhanced from Rs.3,79,500/- to Rs.9,78,500/- [Rupees Nine lakhs seventy eight thousand five hundred only]. Respondent No.2 is directed to deposit the enhanced compensation with interest at 7.5% per annum and cost as awarded by this court, less the amount, if any deposited, 1/3

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. On such deposit, the claimants/legal heirs of the injured are entitled to withdraw their share in equal proportion. No costs. "
