This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.22 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police / Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the respondent police is yet to file a final report before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR. However, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
