THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1018 of 2022 IN CRL OP.22373/2021 KHALEELULLAH [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, W-32, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, MADIPAKKAM, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.5/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the above conditions (b) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders already granted by this Hon'ble Court, in the Crl.O.P.No.22373 of 2021 for the Crime No.5 of 2021, on dated 14.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.SYED ABDUL MASHOOD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22373 of 2021 on 14.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
