JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the present appeal has been arisen out of suit for partition and that the parties has resolved the issues vide Partition Deed dated 02.07.2009. A memo dated 29.11.2018 has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant stating that the issues involved in this appeal are settled between the parties concerned.
