They filed a petition in IA.No.6 of 2017 in RCA.No.1 of 2017 for stay, in which the respondents filed a counter. Against which the petitioners filed a rejoinder with delay. The petition to grant leave to file the rejoinder along with condone delay petition was dismissed. After considering the reply statement filed by the petitioners/defendants.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the main appeal itself is posted for arguments and the revision petitioners are attempting to protract the proceedings. Therefore, he would submit that let there be a direction for early disposal of the appeal. The learned counsel fro the petitioner also undertakes to make his submission on his issues.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the Principal Subordinate Judge's Court, Vellore

to dispose of RCA.No.1 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the parties are directed to maintain status quo.
