Decree:This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Friday, the Eighteenth Day of March, Two Thousand and Twenty Two (18.03.2022) and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Srikanth, Advocate appearing for Mr.P.G.Thiyagu, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.B.Arvind Srevatsa, Advocate appearing for Mr.T.V.Krishnamachari, Advocate for the Respondent and having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court doth order and decree as follows:- 1.That the judgment and decree of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thiruvannamalai, dated 24.10.2007 and made in A.S.No.111 of 2006, confirming the judgment and decree of the Court of the Additional District Munsif, Thiruvannamalai dated 31.10.2006 and made in O.S.No.783 of 1994 be and hereby is confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed; and
