ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the HMOP.No.307 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court Judge, Thanjavur and to transfer the same to Family Court at Chennai.

Though notice was served and name printed in the cause list, no representation for the respondent.

Admittedly, the petitioner had filed GWOP.No.13 of 2023 before the Principal District Judge, Chengalpet, because as per the cause title, she is residing at Madipakkam, Kancheepuram Taluk as she is unable to transport. But she wants to transfer the HMOP.No.307 of 2022 to Family Court, Chennai. Admittedly, GWOP.No.13 of 2023 is pending before the Principal District Court, Chengalpet, which is a jurisdictional court for the petitioner. So the HMOP.No.307 of 2022 filed by the husband / the respondent pending before the Family Court, Thanjavur is also transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet.

Accordingly, HMOP.No.307 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet. The Family Court, Thanjavur is directed to send the entire records in HMOP.No.307 of 2022 to the Family Court, Chengalpet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above directions, this Tr.CMP is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
