When the matter was posted on 22.01.2020, the learned counsel for the appellants submitted that they had handed over the bundles to the other counsel. Therefore, when the matter is called for arguments, even today, no one is representing on behalf of the appellants. Therefore, the appellants have no interest to proceed with the second appeal.
