This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.943 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 120(b), 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.943 of 2014 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 10.03.2015 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
