The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the 1st respondent to award compensation for the petitioner's cattle that has been lost in the fire accident on 19.10.2007 by considering his representation dated 10.3.2012.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, the issue involved herein has been settled between the parties and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
