This petition has been filed to withdraw the petition in D.V.O.P.No.110 of 2014 from the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magesterial Level), Salem and transfer to IIIrd Additional Family Judge, Chennai to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.4620 of 2013 on the file of the IIIrd Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. The D.V.O.P. case is of the year 2014 and there is no scope to transfer the case at this length of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Additional Mahila Court (Magesterial Level), Salem to dispose of D.V.O.P.No.110 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has already not been disposed.
