ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2024 to pay petitioner terminal benefits with 6% interest from the date of retirement until realization.

3. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2024 within a specified time.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
