ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to survey the land situated in S.Nos.411/6F, 412/1, 412/2 and 412/12A to the extent of 98 cents, Kavakkaranpatti Village, Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District and to lay the boundary stones.

Pending the writ petition, grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed and counter has also been filed by the respondent to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same. In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy, if he aggrieves on the order passed by the respondent.
