Respondent/Appellant/Plaintiff Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the Judgment and decree passed in A.S. No.49 of 2007, dated 12.09.2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Sub-Judge, Mayiladuthurai in reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S. No.27 of 2004, dated 11.01.2007 on the file of Court of District Munsif Court, Sirkali.

JUDGMENT
It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that he has filed a Memo furnishing the details of the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole respondent. It is seen that the learned counsel for the appellant has also received a copy of the said Memo on 28.06.2018 and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Today, the matter was taken up for hearing. Till date, no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellants to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased sole respondent.

3. Recording the aforesaid Memo as well as the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated for not taking steps as against the deceased sole respondent. No costs.
