CRIME NO.1316 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by two weeks in Crl.OP.No. 8812 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021 to comply with the condition of the Hon`ble High Court of Madras and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon`ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.CHINNARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 12.05.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8812 of 2021 to execute sureties.
