Against such order, earlier appeal in Crl.A.No.718 of 2017 was disposed of by this Court on 13.11.2017 granting relief of bail to the petitioner. State preferred Crl.M.P.No.14867 of 2017 seeking cancellation of bail granted by this Court under order in Crl.A.No.718 of 2017 dated 13.11.2017. Under order dated 04.12.2017, this Court cancelled the order of bail granted in favour of petitioner. In the circumstances, the present appeal, which is preferred against the initial petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

moved by petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4140 of 2017 seeking bail does not lie. It is for the petitioner to seek fresh bail before Court below and thereafter move this Court by way of appeal.
