SA NO. 1765 of 2003 2.Though the Second Appeal was disposed of on 10.11.2023, directing the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore to hear the parties regarding the additional documents that are sought to be produced and take evidence and decide the main appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is seen that in view of the Court bifurcation on the administrative side, the matter has to be heard in the District of Tiruppur.
3.Hence, the matter shall be decided either by the Principal District Judge or any Additional Principal District Judge, Tiruppur District and Principal District Judge shall take a call regarding the hearing of the appeal, subject to the workload of the respective District Judges. 4.Time is extended till 30.04.2025 to take evidence and decide the main appeal, on merits and in accordance with law. 29-01-2025 ata Note: Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in S.A.No.1765 of 2003 and issue a fresh order copy. 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
