ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 has given an undertaking that in the event of the petitioner succeeding in the Civil Revision Petition, respondents 2 and 3 will claim the cost of land and building from the vendors and not from the petitioner. Endorsement has also been made by the learned counsel respondents 2 and 3. The said undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 is recorded. In view of the above, there shall be no prohibition in proceeding with the construction of the building. However, it is made clear that any construction put up is subject to the result of litigation.

2. Recording the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
