When this petition is taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, sought permission of this court to withdraw the revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the petitioner through the counsel on record for the petitioner under proper acknowledgment to enable the petitioner to re-present the same after complying with the defects pointed out by the court below.
