KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station every day at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16452 of 2020, dated 03.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16452 of 2020, dated 03.11.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
