ORDER

A rejection order has been passed by the respondents rejecting the candidature of the 5th petitioner. The same has been placed on record before this Court. The respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the same to the 5th petitioner and his counsel, within two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order from today to enable the 5th petitioner 2/4

to challenge the same in the manner known to the 5th petitioner under law.

2. Since a final order has been passed in compliance with directions given by this Court, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to challenge the rejection order once it is received by the 5th petitioner as directed by this Court in the manner known to the 5th petitioner under law.

3. Insofar as the remaining petitioners are concerned, they have secured appointment orders pursuant to orders passed by this Court and therefore, the other petitioners are not pressing the contempt petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

4. After recording the aforesaid facts, this contempt petition is closed.
