ORDER
Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. unknown of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 316(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.
2. When matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that, originally the enquiry was pending before the District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri. He would submit that, now, the case has been forwarded to the Director Vigilance and Anti- Corruption (DVAC). He would submit that as and when the complaint is assigned for enquiry, summons should be issued to the petitioner and the petitioner may appear for enquiry during such time.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials available on record.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed, directing the petitioner to appear for enquiry on summons. 24.01.2025 dsn
