Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.122 of 2005, dated 28.12.2006, on the file of the Additional District & Sessions cum Special Court, Salem, in confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.114 of 2000, dated 28.06.2004, on the file of the Additional Court, Salem.

2. When the matter was called on 12.07.2024, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter was listed to-day i.e., on 18.07.2024.
