Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein, their men, agents, servants or any one claiming under them from in any manner disturbing the petitioner's TASMAC Retail outlet shop cum bar No.1653 situated at No.3, Sowripalayam, Coimbatore - 641 028 till finalizing fresh tender.

Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel and Mr.P.Arumugarajan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Already a detailed order has been passed in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.27352 of 2021 etc batch vide its order dated 31.01.2022. The aforesaid batch filed by the similarly placed persons were dismissed by directing the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
TASMAC Limited, to close the bar and to revoke the license issued pursuant to the impugned Tender Notification dated 14.12.2021 bearing reference in Na.Ka.No.A3/2242/2021.
3. In view of the above, I do not find any merits in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with the above observations. No costs.
