This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents 1 and 3 for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WMP.No.32073 of 2022 in W.P.No.32687 of 2022 dated 06.12.2022 under Contempt of Courts Act. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. This is also confirmed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.
