COMMON JUDGMENT (Heard Video Conference) These matters are listed under the caption "for dismissal", today. There is no representation on the side of the appellants in both Second Appeals. However, the learned counsel for the respondents is present. Even on the last hearing date on 25.06.2021 when the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal", the learned counsel for the appellants sought time to file his written submissions. Even prior to the last date of hearing i.e., on 16.04.2021, there was no representation on the side of the appellants and only thereafter, the matter was posted "for dismissal" on 25.06.2021. The Second Appeals are of the year 2003. No further indulgence can be shown to the appellants for arguing the Second Appeals. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the appellants are not interested to prosecute these Second Appeals. Accordingly, these Second Appeals are dismissed for non prosecution.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
