ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that initially an FIR was registered in Crime No.13 of 2019 as a woman missing case and subsequently, the marriage certificate was produced by the petitioners. Therefore, the FIR itself was closed on 18.01.2019.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for third respondent would submit that the parties appeared before the third respondent and the complaint was taken on file in C.S.R. No.27 of 2019. It was further submitted that the parties will be called for an enquiry and necessary instructions will be given not to interfere with the life of the petitioners and if necessary police protection will also be given to the petitioners.

4.In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by recording the above submissions.
