This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 09.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.29740 of 2022.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 09.11.2022 in W.P.No.29740 of 2022, an order has been passed by the respondent on 29.11.2022. The said order has also been challenged by the petitioner by filing a separate writ petition.

3. Since the order has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
