JUDGMENT

Counsel for the appellant informs that the matter has been settled between the parties in the District Lok Adalat, Nagapattinam on 08.07.2017 and an award was also passed and accordingly submitted that no further orders are required in the second appeal and also filed a memo to that effect and further made an endorsement.
